Was quick! Delivery and installation in my drive way was more than i thought could be done. Very helpful indeed. Would of been 5 stars but one of my seat bolts needed rechased, the tool needed to do it was forgotten (not an event expected) as a result I now have to drive into Indianapolis to there shop to get it done.#thus4outof5

After a diagnosis at the Toyota dealership of failed hybrid battery on my 2007 Prius with 140K miles and an estimate of $4500 to replace , I took a week to research options. Found Chad at Hybrid & EV Battery Repair, an Indianapolis area local shop that repaired my hybrid in 24 hours at a huge cost savings of several thousand dollars over replacing with a new battery from Toyota. With an 18 month warranty and GREAT customer service, I am very pleased and recommend CC Motors highly.

Motorcells replaced the hybrid battery pack on-site at my home in June 2022, for our 2004 Prius (175k miles, original owner, original hybrid battery). I thought I'd post my review after having a chance to experience long-term performance under extremes of heat and cold, as both were problems prior to the replacement. The service technician was on-time, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The replacement pack has worked without issue, and I've seen no faults or unusual readings in individual cells (using the "Dr. Prius" app). Our son drives the vehicle daily and it sits outside. We appreciate Motorcells bringing new life to our aging Prius!

This shop was able to diagnose a problem that Toyota’s shop was unable to. That itself says a lot.... I’m glad to say that my Prius has been running fine since he came over to check out the hybrid battery and diagnose the problem.

Could not recommend this service more! Had my beloved 2006 Prius' hybrid battery die on me and the dealership wanted almost 3x as much as Motorcells charged. Little did I know I would also get ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. Chad communicated promptly, explained everything so I didn't feel in the dark, leant me a car while mine was being serviced, and had my Prius running better than ever in an hour. Yes, you're getting a refurbished battery instead of a new, but the warranty is the same; it makes total sense for an older car. Highly recommend!

Our Motorcells experience was amazing. After a brief phone conversation, he was able to come to the car with the all the tools and parts needed for a complete repair. The work took about an hour. I would definitely recommend this service and would use it again.

When Toyota wanted 3700 for a battery replacement I had to look elsewhere. Chad was able to come to my house, install the new battery same day and under 1000 dollars. All the dash lights have been reset and the car runs like new even with 200k miles on it.

We highly recommend Motorcells for work on electric battery powered cars, given how knowledgeable, helpful, fairly priced, and honest Chad was.We brought our 2013 Honda Civic Hybrid to Chad at Motorcells when various warning lights popped up, since our regular mechanic doesn't work with hybrid batteries. He identified the inverter as the issue and told us there were service bulletins for the inverter online for our car. The exact issue with the inverter would have to be identified by a dealer though, so as he advised, we went to a dealer. Chad quoted us a price in case the quote from the dealer was considerably higher, breaking down the costs.He didn't try to cheat us by charging us for a new inverter and installing it; he was honest about what was in our best interest. He also shared quite a bit of information about hybrid cars with us, an enthusiast for sure.The Honda dealer installed a new inverter covered by an extended warranty due to the service bulletin (which is was nice to know about ahead of time thanks to Chad) and then all the diagnostic codes cleared.We also have a Honda CRV for which the engine light had come on, and since we were there (we had really come for the civic), Chad kindly diagnosed the problem as just being a clip on a cover inside the car hood. He reattached the clip and the engine codes cleared.If we have any issues in the future, we'll bring our car back to Motorcells.

The dashboard of my wife's 2007 (with 185K miles) lit up with all of the classic signs of "hybrid battery failure." I got a sticker shock when I asked the Toyota dealer the price for a new battery. Then I called and spoke to Chad who was great. He explained the process that he uses to replace any bad cells then recondition the battery. He provided mobile service, picking up the battery the day after I called, returning to his shop, and returning to my home the following day to reinstall my refurbished battery. He also did a road test.Now my wife's Prius is happy again. Also the Engine Display page frequently shows a green, fully charged hybrid battery. I am still on the first tank of gas following the battery repair, but I am also seeing significant improvement in the MPG.Thanks, Chad!

My wife and I made two trips to visit with Chad and Tim before the purchase of our vehicle. Both gentlemen were genuine, honest and a pleasure to get to know. There were no high pressure sales tactics, or incessant sales phone calls, which unfortunately we had to deal with some other dealers. It's been about a month since the purchase of my car and I love it.
